Insanity that you feel

Sometimes we suffer from so many unknown aches, which we never know how to explain to others. But, what are these? What happens to us? And why are we not able to explain those aches to others? Many questions arise. Well, it all occurs because of our mind, or say our mind is the primary reason for all these kinds of aches. Have you ever experienced a burden in your chest? Or a headache which is not a headache but a kind of action replay in your mind. Sounds so stupid, isn’t it? Well, more than half of the youth today face such a problem. It usually happens when things don’t go the way we want them. Sometimes it happens when we store so many things inside us or when we are not able to explain ourselves in the fear of judgments passed by any other person. It all started with our experience of being misjudged or being cheated by somebody. We get trust issues which later become a serious problem. We start cutting ourselves with the outer world, assuming that every other person is going to cheat us in the most destructive way possible. We cry alone, we experience so many pains. But you know where we make a mistake? When we suffer from this all alone, when we don’t share our pain with anyone. Now you must be thinking with whom should we share our problem or what should we share as we don’t exactly know how to explain that to others.
Well, the first thing is, that the problem you are experiencing or the pain you are suffering from is the outcome of your mental illness. Common these days? Yes, but is there any solution for this kind of mental illness? Again yes. People who find it uncomfortable explaining things to others can write them all on a paper. Yes, it would not give you solutions, but it would give a feeling of relaxation. When you put your burden aside you simply improve your mental illness. Well, sometimes when we share our problems with our well-wishers or say if we prefer psychiatrists, they may give us a solution or may tell us something that will help us to find a solution. Our mind plays so many games with us. It makes the thing appear more complicated than it is. Sometimes the solution is in front of us but we don’t realize it because at that time our mind functions differently.
How to get control over our minds?
First, identify the problem your mind usually creates.
If it constantly gives you negative thoughts, try to reverse them into positive thoughts. Sounds so useless, but it works! Let’s say for example you are constantly having a thought that you cannot do it, then simply reverse it that you can do it and repeat it 4-5 times a day. Because if we accept something negative our subconscious mind reacts according to it. So if we accept the negative thought, our subconscious mind will react accordingly.
Second, try to meditate daily. Meditation helps us to control our minds. It enhances the power of controlling our thoughts.
Third, exercise daily. Exercising is important in everyone’s life. But for the people who are suffering from mental illness, it plays a very important role. Exercising makes a person tired which will help him or her sleep well. Which will automatically improve the mental state of that person.
Fourth, read books. Reading books can also help us to gain focus and control.
Well, there are plenty of ways to control our minds but it only works if we let them. So first make your mind ready to accept the changes that will help you improve your psychological state. Try to keep yourself busy. Last but not least, distance yourself from the negative people and focus on positivity.
